DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION

1. Two certified copies of 10^th and 12^th marksheet.
2. Original Transfer Certificate (TC).
3. In case of GAP original copy of GAP certificate.
4. In case of change of name notarized affidavit of name change and Rs. 150 as university name change fees. 
5. Original copy of character certificate.
6. For Second year and final year photocopy of marksheet of previous exam.
7. It is mandatory for supplementary students to take provisional admission before last date of admission.

Students from Other State

1. Original Migration Certificate.
2. Eligibility Certificate from University.
